KRALJIC ADHD Life COACHING

ADHD Coach KRALJic

My approach

Just as in sports, a coach accompanies someone with a goal and supports them in reaching where they want to go. I want to enable you to initiate a personal transformation process, to see yourself more clearly. It’s a journey to your inner core, to your true self. I am happy to accompany and support you on this journey. I see the coaching process as similar to the work of a sculptor. You are the sculptor standing before your life, shaping it from raw material into artwork in your own way. Usually, one begins their work with a vision, a rough idea of what the finished artwork should look like, or they realize that a part of your life doesn’t look as you wish, or that something simply doesn’t feel right.

I support you in crafting your art of living by offering you a trained outside perspective, asking questions that sharpen your perception or vision, and providing you with new tools. In coaching, I pursue a collaborative and solution-oriented approach. Through collaboration, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create an action plan to help you achieve your goals.

I specialize in helping clients with stress management, time management, and career development. I also offer coaching for people going through major life changes such as divorce or retirement. From experience, I’ve noticed that all the professional coaches I’ve worked with do not have experience and training for working with clients with ADHD. Many of the tools and approaches that work for most people don’t work for people with ADHD. That’s where I come in.

So if you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or can relate to some of the problems and misunderstandings associated with ADHD, or if your spouse, child, or another loved one is having issues: Please reach out to us! I look forward to hearing from you and perhaps I am the right sparring partner on your journey to a happier, more self-determined life.
